- The receiver stands in front of the giver facing away from the giver.
- The receiver bows forward and raises his arms behind his back.
- For support, the giver holds onto the receiver's arms as if cuffing them behind his back.

Position Similarities
This position is similar to bend over and standing doggy style. The difference lies in the positioning of the receiver's arms.
In prison guard, the receiver raises his arms behind his back.
In bend over, the receiver places his hands on the ground.
In standing doggy style, the receiver supports his arms on any surface other than the ground.
