The receiver lies face down on an elevated surface.The entire length of the receiver's body doesn't have to be lying on the elevated surface.One half of the body, either the torso or the legs, could be over the edge of the elevated surface.The only requirement is that the giver must be able to straddle the receiver's thighs.Benches are good for this.
While standing and facing the receiver's torso, the giver straddles the receiver's legs and enters.
