The receiver lifts his lower legs in one of the following ways:
- The receiver lifts his lower legs and places them shins down on an elevated surface (e.g., another bed or chair).
- The giver or a third person lifts and supports the receiver's lower legs.
While standing the giver straddles one of the receiver's legs facing the receiver's torso and enters.
