Tripleheader
At the Gay Sex Positions Guide, we usually define group gay sex positions by the activities—anal intercourse, blowjobs, or rimjobs—performed by three participants, which we'll refer to as participants A, B, and C. This position is the exception rather than the rule; the tripleheader position involves a fourth participant, which we'll refer to as participant D.
In the tripleheader position, participant B gives a blowjob to participants A, C, and D simultaneously.
