At the Gay Sex Positions Guide, we usually define group gay sex positions by the activities—anal intercourse, blowjobs, or rimjobs—performed by three participants, which we'll refer to as participants A, B, and C. This position is the exception rather than the rule; the 469 position involves a fourth participant, which we'll refer to as participant D.
In the 469 position,
- Participant A gives a blowjob or rimjob to participant B.
- Participant B gives a blowjob or rimjob to participant A.
- Participants A and B are in the 69 position.
- Participant C gives a blowjob to, gives a rimjob to, or fucks participant A.
- Participant D gives a blowjob to, gives a rimjob to, or fucks participant B.
