When a [top] supports himself against a wall, and the [bottom], sitting on [the top's] hands joined together and held underneath [the bottom], throws [his] arms round [the top's] neck, and putting [his] thighs alongside [the top's] waist, moves [himself] by [his] feet, which are touching the wall against which the [top] is leaning, it is called the "suspended congress."
