The most popular way of getting into this position is to:

1. Get in the reverse warrior position.
2. Have the receiving partner insert his penis into the giving partner, like in the brute position.

Just like the reverse warrior position, the squatting partner does most of the work. The partner lying down is for the most part immobile but can use his hands to do other things.
